Concurrent User License

The QPLegalEze "concurrent user feature" gives the ability to extend one license to various users. The number of licenses identifies how many employees can be accessing the product simultaneously. For example: Your organization has 10 employees at a site location requiring access to QPLegalEze but you have estimated no more than 5 will use it at one time. You could subscribe for 5 licenses, and set up user ids for all 10 employees. This would allow any 5 of your 10 employees to access the site simultaneously. What happens if all of the licenses are being used at one time? The next employee trying to log on will be asked to try later as all licenses are currently in use. You can add more user licenses at anytime, just contact us.
