The QP LegalEze data, which includes the Statutes and Regulations of British Columbia, are an unofficial consolidation issued electronically to subscribers of QP LegalEze by the Queen’s Printer. The green highlighted areas of the data represent changes that have come into force since the last official consolidation issued by the Queen’s Printer. The Province of British Columbia does not warrant the accuracy or the completeness of this electronic version of the data, nor that QP LegalEze will function without error, failure or interruption. In no event will the Province be liable or responsible for damages of any kind arising out of the use QP LegalEze. The Province is not responsible for the failure to provide access to QP LegalEze or the data if that failure is due to the Subscriber’s equipment, the Internet or any communications facilities, due to any causes or conditions beyond the control of the Province, or due to scheduled maintenance outages. PLEASE NOTE:
The Queen's Printer is upgrading the functionality of BC Laws to increase access to legislative material for the citizens of British Columbia to be consistent with the open government and open data policy. Effective April 2, 2014 content currently accessible on QP LegalEze will begin to be made available on BC Laws such as the Table of Legislative Changes, Point in Time Tables, and full text current Orders-in-Councils. During the upcoming weeks the currency of Statutes and Regulations may be affected on QP LegalEze, please ensure to check BC Laws site for the most current statutes and regulations available.

During the transition period, all current subscribers as of April 2nd continue to have access to QP LegalEze under the same terms of their current subscription agreement with the same number of licences until further notice. The content integration to BC Laws will be an on-going process in the upcoming months. Once all content has been made available on BC Laws, the QP LegalEze service will be discontinued.
